Maja Osojnik completed with distinction her master studies in recorder, graduated in pedagogic sciences at the University of Music in Vienna and further studied singing at the Conservatory Vienna Private University in Vienna.

During the last years she focuses more and more on her own compositions, songwriting, electronics. She composed music for theater, dance, animation movies, film, silent film and different ensembles. Some of her works are „Songs from Mortagapenija“ (2008), „vor.über.nach“ (2008), „Doorways“ (2008), „a part of me is made of glas“ (2009), „čira čara“ (2010), „Pas de deux“ (2011), „The Radiance of Exhaustion“ (2012), “Wir Werden” together with Rdeča Raketa (2012), „Anbetracht & Dessen“ (2013), “(DIE) Wende” (2014), “ESCAPES – raumklang variationen” (2015), Filmmusic “Einer von uns/ One of us” together with Matija Schellander (2015), Installation “The Point of no return” (2015) (more: go to compositions)
